Documents Needed for Medical

So i have finally recieved my interview date in Montreal, it will be July 5th. I was getting ready to call to schedule my medical, i was reading some posts on here to determine whitch place in Montreal is best for the Medical. They mention needing to come with your appointment letter but Im confused about what this appointment letter is. IS it the letter sent saying i am ready for an interview, or something the medical office sends you before hand. Some things i read said it was the letter received with the Pkg3, which frankly freaks me out because i don't have a Pkg3 letter because there was a mix up and they sent it to the wrong address and it was not until after several months of not hearing anything that we inquired and we were provided with the needed information of Pkg 3 online but with no letter. I really need some clarification, I'am so close to getting this over with and it scares me that it might all go to the wolves because of this one thing.

You should get a letter (I believe I got an email saying when my appointment was?) and you bring that along. This is the letter stating the date & time of your interview.

You basically just have to prove at the medical that you're on your way to the interview in Montreal.
