Apparently the US Consulate in Karachi will be interviewing cases of K-1 (finace) visas as per the information provided by the consulate's website. But before you jump the gun and worry about the interview, embrace yourself for the USCIS process. You might need to fill in some forms and send them to your fiance if you plan to apply for a Fiance' visa.
