Hi everyone,

I noticed that my birth date on my Green Card is incorrect. The day of birth and the month of birth are switched around, and this was probably a USCIS administrative error. I know I have to file a I-90, but I am not sure what to send along with the application. Do I send the original Green Card or is a copy okay? What qualifies as "proof" that USCIS committed an error? Is there anything else that should be included?

Many thanks

Original greencard MUST be sent.

Proof of error in my opinion would be to send a copy of your AOS page that has where you correctly wrote the date of birth (I would highlight it) and your birth certificate copy and even passport copy as they prove you sent docs with the correct info on it.
