If he got VAWA he must have been divorced, if he has not remarried than he would be free to marry, if he wants to.

Most people who petition for a green card using VAWA do not get divorced first. If a VAWA self-petitioner is divorced then they must apply within two years of the divorce, and they must prove that the abuse was a primary factor for getting the divorce. It's a lot easier for them to remain married until the VAWA petition has been approved. This is especially true if they live in a "no fault" divorce state.

He divorced 2 years ago and now on march he received his green card

If he's divorced then he's eligible to remarry.

My bf just got his green card from vawa my question is can he get married? His been giving the cold feet. We have two beautiful children now and I want to get married. I want to find out on my own if we can get married! Please help.
