Our rain comes today around 1pm.

I can't remember if the doctor said it's a tension or sinus headache when I have pain like a ring around my eye socket.

Is the IT department around today? We received a disk (assuming from the government) containing files with a *.c4 extension. Any recommendations on what program can open these? We tried on both a MAC and a PC but we have no program for it.
