Message said the prosecutor would need it. I called the neighbor I knew (she works at our pharmacy) but her husband wasn't home and she was watching TV so she didn't hear or see anything.

Detective left voicemail about 10 mins ago. Asked if there was an independent witness. No, they were all friends or family of the neighbor!

lol they did take the photo in the ambulance. Wanted to post on FB so I can share here.

They may say that Benny threw the first punch since we already believe they're hiding the guy.

Benny's supposed to be somewhere in less than an hour and he's not answering either phone and isn't online. I'm starting to worry that something has happened. Do I go home and check on him???

Landlord finally called back. He's supposed to call Benny later to talk about what happened. The brothers like to come by and have long boring talks with Benny on a variety of subjects.
