The postal carrier has attempted to deliver something twice requiring a signature. I don't know what Benny's doing not seeing or hearing him/her. I asked him to pick it up at the post office. He refused, saying it was too far! Such BS! All the times I go somewhere to get something for him because he doesn't want to get off his azz to do it!!!!! I'm pissed off

Then a coworker is getting on our last nerve. I've nearly just walked out of here because of her attitude but Benny's talked me out of it. I feel like I'm gonna snap today (other coworker too) and get in her face or hit her.

I think it is because he knows you will eventually do it.

You think he'd jump to get it since he knows it's a $50 gift card.

Can't. She's the quality manager. The office manager's on vacation so she's doing both order entry and quality stuff. When I have an order to ship today I have to call her to come up here to do it.

I try to avoid her but she's often the only one to go to for answers. If it's not something urgent I go back there after she leaves to find stuff.

Lately her answers have been ####### or expecting us to lie to customers. We can't start telling customers we have no clue when their parts will be done. There has to be something valid. She gets mad when we bring it to the boss but we have no choice any longer.

We wonder what she does when she comes in on the weekends. We come in Monday morning and see parts still sitting where they were put coming from production or outside processing. She gets overtime and we see nothing has been checked. So to us it looks like she's just wasting company funds.

That's just a taste of what goes on around here. It's so frustrating and we're almost at our limit.
