Greetings!, we begin the 2nd route (after I-130/ Cr-1/Ir-1, 's NOA1), and have some questions to fill the from:

Part B,

Q 7: I did not use yet my maiden name, so I won't put it (they'll have our marriage certif included anyway)

Q12: I'm not in the US, so my hubby will put "N/A: spouse not in the US"

Q15: "country" box: they did not indicate to put the zip code, but it will be added, right?

Q 18: The Instructions no. 10 (by the way, the VJ Guide says no.9) related to the spouse says: "Answer questions B.17 and B.18 by stating N/A." We think to put as they asked and in addition: "N/A as per Instructions no. 10, copy of marriage included."

Q20: the term "fiancee (spouse) will apply"...i suppose it's an expression, because the petition will be forwarded from the US to the consulate, right?

Part C

Q1: should put: N/A, not in the Armed Forces, right?

Q 2 and 3/: there is nowhere a place to put N/A, so the big question, as they want usually not to let blank or unanswered any question, should we let it blanck? or on an additional sheet put: as there was no place to answer etc...

So that's for now! Thanks in advance...

ops, just to make sure: K-3 takes I-129, G-326A and photos for both, and the rest of what required in the Guide, including a nice cover letter...anything else we can add?

#7 you have a "maiden" name; and you have used it, I'm guessing all your life before you were married. Unless you are filing for your fiiance and have never been married before; then you would put N/A.

#12 is answered N/A

#15 is the Country, if you have a "zip code" or "country code" for your husband you won't raise a red flag for including it, but the question is not asking you to include it.

# 17 & 18 are answered N/A

#20 your "husband", list the city and country where he will be receiving his visa.

Part C

#1 is answered N/A

#2 and #3 are left unanswered; the N/A response to #1 also answers these questions.

Thanks a lot! your answer part C makes sens ...but still it's strange not to let anything to answer: yes or no...hm!...

as for maiden name, (my english is not good)...that's married name.right?..i could not use it before marriage lol..no i have never used it...

for no. 20, i am the wife...again, there is a difference between "receiving" and "asking"....so (with my english) i suppose it's an expression...or something to think about! hm! lol

Your maiden name is your last name, before you were married to anyone.
