what are the hours of operation to call NVC?

Best times to call are 7:30am to 9:30 am or 6pm to 7pm. All Eastern Standard Time.

We got approved March 4, last time we called (last week) they said they already received it but still not in their system. You just have to keep calling them I guess. I've seen some of the forum members got theirs 4-5 days after the approved NOA2.

have you receiver your NVC case number yet? Coz I got approved march 7 and have been calling NVC...thanks

Ok, finaaally got through, between 6pm and 6.45pm EST of course! A veeery nice guy told me my petition has been forwarded to the Consulate today, March 21, 2011!!! I thought I was lost or sth. Haha. Got my case number.

Keep calling them! It took 2 weeks(since NOA2) for them to forward ours, so don't panick if a week has passed and your case isn't there yet. And even if they tell you that the case is not in their system. That's what they told us on Friday. Call back in a couple of days as you might get another operator. Plus, that will allow them time to log your case in.

Good luck!

27 NOV 2019 - I-129F mailed to Dallas, TX Lockbox

02 DEC 2019 - NOA1

23 MAR 2020 - NOA2

Nope. I just called them again earlier and still not in their system they said to wait for 4 weeks to 6 weeks. Sucks, but I'm going to call them everyday until I get my NVC. I got approved March 4 in email and I received the hardcopy around March 11.

Ey, just called NVC today and they have a case number for my husband! But the operator said the number was just given this morning, that's why I have to call back again to give the e-mail address coz the system won't let her add something in my case since they are processing it right now...I got the case number though...I was approved march 7....and got my NOA2 hardcopy March 11....no time to do my timeline...goodluck to all of us...
