Hey all,

I have been living with my uncle. He has two kids and my aunt. i am the fifth one,now while I am filing I864 what should I do?should I including them, mu income is $50,000/year.They already have decent income for them, Should I include them in I864. anyone please help...

If they dont claim you on their taxes and you dont claim them on yours. Then dont include them on your I-864 because they are not your dependents.

You only put your dependants and spouse on the form, unless you are using the income of other household members to qualify then you need to state them.

Your income is good for your I-864. You include them, if you claimed them as your dependents on your tax returns.

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview

What you should do is read the instructions for the new I-864, and read them carefully. They tell you what to do in this situation (and the Final Rule on implementation of the I-864 is a lot better for you than the Interim Rule was).
