Hello, i recently filled form to remove condition green card, apply for 10years card.Unfortunately, 2times i was taken fingerprints and they couldn't read my fingerprints. They want me to summit police record for background check.I have no idea how to do this thing? Can anyone help me out with this?

What police records are they asking for? from your home country and other places you lived in or from the US?

thank you for reply. They ask for the places i have lived in US. But i don't know where i should go to get it? do u know Thanks

Usually one would go to the local police center for your area and request a background check done with finger prints. I would suggest seeing if you can find a phone number for them and call before taking a trip there in case they tell you to go to another police station.
