marie-yahya,

I have removed 5 identical posts you made in 6 different forums over the last 2 days and moved one of your posts from a removed thread over here. I realize you are concerned about your situation but you are not helping yourself by posting in many different places.

The closest I can figure out from this post and your previous posts is that you and your husband are being sponsored to the US by a relative, or you or your husband are being sponsored and your previous co-sponsor changed their minds. You now want to know if the new co-sponsor you have is eligible because she owes back taxes and just started a new job in February. Is that correct?

In order for people to answer your question you need to give some more information. What type of visa is it you have applied for? Who is the visa for? Where are you in the visa process? Are you in the US and applying to adjust status, or are you still waiting for a visa to arrive to the US?

If you can provide this information our members would be able to help you. Just posting the same question over and over in different places won't get you any answers because we don't have enough background information to give you advice. :)

So, help us to help you by filling in the missing information and not posting your question more than once. You can keep adding to the same thread by giving more information or asking again, but don't make a new thread to ask the same question.

(If this thread turns out to be in the wrong forum, I can move it to the correct forum later.)

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
