hello everyone:) my fiance filed our k1 petion last march 12 via express mail but we haven't heard from them yet :unsure is that normal? we hope we'll hear from them this coming week

You'll probably get your notice of acceptance a week after you sent your I-129f form at TX. Just like ours.

you will received a txt i mean ur fiance that they received ur petition then he should check his mailbox after 3 days i think for the hardcopy of noa1 its just a piece of paper.. march filler here too

It's too early to worry , just hang in there. let your fiancee check if the amount check is in cash. Your NOA1 will come soon maybe they are busy due to Japan tragedy.It's better you have to gather early your important documents that need for the next step. Good luck.

Naks, it went down! I had to pay $455 last August, huhuhu. Oh well, it was money well spent for the sarap food I will soon be enjoying!

FINALLY!! we got an email from USCIS and we got our case number my fiance didn't get any text message from them only an email and good thing is our case was routed over california cervise center which is they said is more faster than vsc? but anyway this is the start of our long wait..haha

Using the word last, as in last March 12 in USA mean you filed it March 12th of last year.

If you filed it March 12th then you will be getting your NOA1 within a few days, as a rule USCIS are pretty quick to get your NOA1 out quickly.

You can check the bank to see if your check has cleared also

march 12 this year...lol. ..yes we'll get the hard copy after 7-10 days. my fiance used the money order for the payment. i really hope this will be a short process
