Hi to all,I got an RFE today it says that I need to submit Medical examination(FORM-I-693).I wonder where was that sealed envelope from the CS which I included it when I send my AOS and now got an RFE? It says on my USCIS RFE notice NOTE: ALL MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS AND VACCINATIONS MUST BE CONDUCTED AND ADMINISTERED BY A PHYSICIAN WHO IS ON THE LIST OF CIVIL SURGEONS APPROVED BY USCIS.. I-693 MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS:YOU SUBMITTED A VACCINATION RECORD WITH YOUR I-485.HOWEVER,DUE TO THE FACT THAT YOUR K1 MEDICAL IS OVER A YEAR OLD AND OUT OF DATE,YOU MUST SUBMIT a new complete medical exam. Please submit a properly completed and signed FORM-I-693,MEDICAL EXAMINATIONS OF ALIENS SEEKING ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS to show that you have been tested for all the appropriate communicable diseases and meet the vaccination requirements. The medical examination must be conducted by a physician who is on the list of Civil Surgeons approved by USCIS. I really wonder why i need to have a new medical exam,I already had it last August 2010 so it is not over a year.I'm really confuse what to do.Do I need to go back to the CS and have my Complete medical exam?Anyone that had an experience like this?pls help...Thanks a lot.Highly appreciate it.God bless

That is the most common RFE for those adjusting their status. My medical at St. Lukes was only 2 months old when i filed for my AOS and yet i had to have another medical exam here by a USCIS authorized surgeon and i got no RFE.
