Now, the word in question (only one word) is not foul and it's certainly not deplorable. It just means you don't accept Allah as God, Muhammad as His messenger or Islam as your religion. It means nothing more than 'disbeliever'. Just because it is in Arabic instead of English does not mean it is foul or filthy. I am sure your opinion is that Arabic is a foul and filthy language but I really could not possibly care less about your opinion.

I tried running that first virus scan and it eventually crashed and I lost internet connection in the midst of it. I don't understand why I keep losing internet connection since I am plugged directly into the router. I'm going to try the other one now if I can keep my connection long enough to complete it.

Thanks to you and everyone else who has tried to help me instead of just coming to cause problems.

Is it going to ask me to purchase it at the end of scanning if I want to remove or will it remove for free and then let me buy if it works?

It should remove all it can, if it can't remove something note what it was unable to remove, I think it tells you what the type of problem is, and where it;s located on your hard drive. If it is unable to remove something don't just delete the file, often there are other files involved and those also need to be removed or things will just keep reinstalling.

If I'm still here by that time, post what it wasn't able to remove and I'll search out removal instructions for you

I've seen norton not remove things before, it's not that unusual. Adaware, if it wasn't up to date on profiles it might miss something. OR if the problem you're experiencing IS infact virus related there are a few virii that actually willl shut those programs down when you become infected so they won't work
