Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Assuming the OP has no children, that would be correct but that would be the I-134 not the I-130. I-130 is a petition for a relative.

I thought so too, i just want to be on the safe side, because they look for any reason in Nigeria to deny your petition. Thanks

Assuming the OP has no children, that would be correct but that would be the I-134 not the I-130. I-130 is a petition for a relative.

YOU are the OP, (original poster) so assuming neither you or your fiancee has any children, your household size is 5.

I have a son in college, although he is partially dependent on me, but he files his own tax and I do not claim him as a dependent on my tax. So, I am assuming the household is still 5. Thanks.

Later, for the I-864 when adjusting status, if he's under 21, he counts in your household.
