They need to apply a HUGE tax credit to employers that demostrate that ALL their employees are legal. Say $10,000 (non-refundable) per legal employee. You want people to buy houses...you give a tax credit. It worked. You want people to buy cars...you give a tax credit. It worked. Buy efficient furnaces, thermopane windows, even caulk your doors...give a TAX CREDIT. It always works. You want employers to hire only legal workers? Give a tax credit. No jobs for illegals, no illegals coming for jobs.
