K1 medical question

Pretty new to this forum, filed for a K1 visa in early Feb, quick question about the medical examination and the vaccines ( I know its still a ways away).

I've just heard through the grape vine that they are pretty strick on you having all your vaccinations done. I'm a canadian citizen and have had the normal hep A and B shots in school when I was younger but other then that I haven't had shots for polio or mumps or anything outside the norm. My question is what shots are actually manditory to pass the medical.

Any info would be great,

Unless you have some serious infectious disease its nothing to worry about. If you haven't had the standard shots for smallpox, etc they can give you the shots. At least they did for my fiance the last time we tried the K1 in 2007. There's a link to VJ's medical examination advice below.

Case Transferred to US Embassy in Riga Latvia at the end of October.
