Okay I specifically stated the mailing address to be different because we will be moving out in 2 weeks from our current address.

USCIS decides to send me the NOA1 to our current address and not the mailing address I filled out on the form.

We are currently house hunting right now for a permanent address.

I do have a milabox and that is what i stated on the form, and I'm confused as to why they decided to mail the NOA1 here (at the current address).

We will fill out the change of address forms AR-11 AND I-865 PLUS do a mail forwarding from USPS to our new address, but I'm just worried that in future they will continue to mail to our old address once we have moved!

I think I'll have to write a letter to who ever occupies this apartment to kindly forward any uscis mail to my new address

any advise?

Send the change of address forms AND call USCIS to notify them since you have a pending case. Also USPS mail forwarding and put your names in your mail box.
