Hi guys, I received my NOA-1 this morning. It said that my conditional resident status is being extended for a period of one year. Please find the letter attachment because am so confused. I do not know if I need to send the documentations that they are asking from us or not since i already send most of it. Is there a chance for me to receive my 10 years green card even though it is clearly stated that they are extending my conditional status? You don't need to send the documents again. The letter just says to send them if you haven't already done so. Verify that everything they are asking for has been sent and if so then you are good with that. Now you just need to wait for the ASC appointment notice.

No need to worry! That is what everyone's says :)

It is just saying to send that stuff if you haven't already...and they extend your status for 1 year while they process your application. That allows you to continue your life as normal even after your physical green card expires...continue in your job if you have one, get your driver license extended if you need to, etc...

Now you just need to wait for your biometrics appointment letter.
