god answered so many times but i am gonna answer anyway lol

just like many said yes you can adjust your status to LPR with no problems*

* no actually you could have problems at the interview stage, since you were on B2 and most likely overstayed, but the bottomline will be you'll be able to adjust just fine, they really can't deny you, if you have enough evidence! they can just give you headache...

Thank you everybody for taking the time to answer and help!

This really makes things a bit easier and more clear!

Ok so now we started working on all the paperwork and OMG that's a lot of paperwork!! :)

I will keep posting as we move along the "visa journey" or if i have more questions! (I'm sure i will!)

Hi Andy.

I don't really understand your question. Where do you put them? In an envelope...

As far as how to organize them, organize them any way that is neat. They will undo whatever you did and do it their way anyway, but it's probably not a good idea to send in a bunch of crumpled up documents. I would use clips and not staples, because they will undo it. Good luck!
