So today was my SO's biometric appointment. Very carefully we laid out everything he would need for the appointment including the appointment letter which you must have or they wont do the biometrics.........

Sooooo we grabbed the wrong NOA paperwork when we left out this morning. Go figure. We live about a hour from the Federal building. No way to go home and get it and get back in time for the appointment. Talk about total panic and heart break.

Soooo we were letting the fellow at the window know what the issue was and were asking how we would go about getting rescheduled and such. He disappears for a couple minutes after taking my husbands passport and our wrong NOA notice. When he came back he had a smile on his face....."We were able to print off a copy of your appointment letter for you....come on back were ready for you now."

Sooooo the biometrics got done today!

Believe it or not.....some federal workers are actually compassionately human!

i thought all were contractors (not fed employees) at any ASC office? Yes? No ?

Am not sure what your question is but we were at the federal building in Cincinnati and I am assuming that the little fellow worked there.
