We need Gugu24's can of Majizee Insecticide.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

No words.

Very bad idea.

I wouldnt be happy to be during my pregnacy, in special moods and emotional stages, spending alone and apart. These sensitive suffers shouldnt be compared. Dont mix so very special thing this with paperwork. Its worse reason i ever heard why to have a baby.

Unfortunetly, 2 weeks later she lost the baby due to complications.

But, a normal pregnancy, no

So sorry to hear that Erik. That's so sad. Wish your fiancee a better pregnancy next time.

I'm curious, did the USCIS ask for documention as to whether you are able to pay for her health care if she came in early? This gets technical of course, but if she's not your wife yet, she can't get coverage with your health insurance and I'm not sure you can get temporary health coverage if she's already pregnant. So did the USCIS care about the medical cost of a high risk pregnancy or your ability to fund the medical care?

very good question. if a US citizen is a female then it wont be a problem as for as health insurance is concerned but if US citizen is female and her fiance is pragnant then its gonna be problem.

Yodrak, you're like a fiesty pitbull aren't you? :)

Point well taken, but I do believe USCIS does think about public charge aspects as eventually the USCIS is the one who adjudicates the AOS. You'll need to prove your financially independence then as well. So I'd imagine they would consider this.

SirLancelot,

Recall that it's the consulates that consider the public charge requirements in the course of processing the visa application.

Pregnancy can be used to expedite "if" the women has medical conditions that will make it a High Risk Pregnancy.

After I returned from Brasil for a month, we found out my fiance was pregnant. At her first medical check up, the Dr. told her she was a high risk pregnancy, and she would have many complications throughout her pregnancy due to an extremely small uterus.

Because she doesn't really have access to great Medical Care, it was a huge concern (obviously). I spoke with USCIS about the situation, and they stated if we provided documents from the Dr. about the risks of her pregnancy, it would qualify for expedite services.

Unfortunetly, 2 weeks later she lost the baby due to complications.

But, a normal pregnancy, no

Majizee, I'm sure you don't give a flying ####, but real-life situations like Erik's are exactly why I don't find your posts funny. I've concluded you are either a bored immature moron or a callous jacka$$. No one could possibly be as profoundly stupid as you pretend to be.

Recall to active duty or being on active duty does not work. a few months ago during a conversation with an aid for my congressman she mentioned that one UCS was being activated and sent to alaska for 1 year that they had called immigration -- whatever it is called -- and nothing can be done for that case the activation must be to a War zone with expected combat for them to concider speeding things up.

Alaska is another state of the USA so wouldn't apply, only if US citizen is being sent to a place like Iraq, the US citizen would have to talk with their JAG officer.

Activated and deployed means being sent in harms way, not moved from base to base within the states.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
