125% poverty line

Hi guys,

Where can I see that 125% poverty line for different house hold sizes. I could not find it or may be I am searching incorrectly. Please help me.

I want to apply for my bother and his family so do I have to submit that form with the I-130 or later. One more thing please Do I have to deposit fee for every person I am applying for in I-130 or later for my brother's family. I am all confused. Need your help. I would much appreciate all your help.

First, the poverty line form is I-864P. The form you need depends on what you are filing. If support is for AOS, you need I-864. If it's for K-1, then you need I-130. I don't think you need deposits for this form provided your income enough per the poverty guideline, however, you need to file one form for each beneficiary. Good Luck

If it's for K-1 it's form I-134, not form I-130.
