If you read the FAQ's and do a search for where to mail your I-129F petition, your questions would be answered. (This has been asked quite a bit!)

TSC is a total mess right now............read my signature.

TSC also does not process I-129F petitions.

The Dallas Lockbox is a submission address. From there petitions are sent to the Service Centers. Vermont and California process the K1 petitions.

Sorry Mirko. Dallas lock box is a clearing house. I-129F petitions are sent to either CSC or VSC. Your's was sent to VSC which is the slower of the two. Settle in for the long wait and study up for the next step.

i'm so sorry to hear of your sons condition. he will be in our prayers, i can assure you that. and i sincerly hope that all this mess can be sorted out. i myself am a veteran. i was deployed to a place in iraq very close to the iran border. i will refrain from saying exactly where due to the sensitivity of the location, but lets just say close enough that we could take rocket fire from iran. which, i believe we did. but......... never any returned fire. so what you say about our government caring more about everyone else than it does for its own citizens, i completely understand. i'm not even trying to use any military refrence with this matter and have received mutiple negative backlash for my even metioning it. again, i pray for you, your family, and especially your son. i really hope that you and your family are reunited in the near future and that your son can receive the best medical attention that can be provided. God bless you and thank you for sharing your story. it is truely a powerful one. and i will be following you on twitter. and good luck, lets keep the faith and lets work through this ordeal.

Best wishes,

terry

Terry,

I'm a former Marine like SqdnGuns. Unfortunately veteran status means nothing with USCIS or NVC. Seems like you have towed the line and done the work. This site has taught us to be patient if nothing else. The Gunny's story is a true crime for sure but we still wait. We all know how to hurry up and wait.

Be patient bro, it'll happen.
