If this was true, we wouldn't have a large deficit, any debt and no unemployment. After all, the GW fix boiled down to a vote in Congress. They can pass a vote denying that we have a deficit, denying that there is any debt the US owes and denying that we have an unemployment rate ever exceeding 4%. Voila. Of course, passing such votes doesn't fix a first thing but in your eyes, all would be well.

You should write your Congressional Representative and Senators that they ought to fix the defict and debt and unemployment in the same manner - just pass a vote denying that any of it exists. You should actually be pizzed that they haven't done this already.

The debt, deficit and unemployment are real. That takes more than defunding the EPA. GW on the other hand is a tempest in a tea pot. GW is fixed!!!

Well, your latter statement is a matter of opinion. The only fix that took place is that Congress voted to deny the existence of GW. They could tackle the other issues of our day in the very same manner and with the very same effect.

Ten years from now we will look at GW the same way we look at the predictions of a new ice age that were put forth in the 70's. The nuts will have found something else we are doing to destroy the planet and GW will fade into history.

It is the facts. The temp of the planet has stayed the same since 1996. That isn't global warming, that is global stability. That is why the nuts changed the mantra from global warming to climate change. They could no longer keep calling it that. GW is dead.
