On the I-864 form, I am a bit confused on question 21

They DO NOT want me to count anyone twice but ask if im currently married to add a 1.. Do I add the one which means I am counting my spouse twice?? im confused can anyone help please..?

12/20/2010 - Mailed I-130 to Chicago Lock Box via USPS Express Mail

12/22/2010 - Delivered (online tracking confirmation)

12/27/2010 - NOA1 Email and Text from USCIS. Off to CA!!

12/30/2010 - NOA1 Hardcopy Received. Priority date is 12/22/2010.

02/16/2011 - Touched

05/26/2011 - NOA2 155 days after NOA1!

05/31/2011 - NOA2 Hardcopy Received. No text or email notification.

Read it closely. It's asking for persons NOT sponsored on the affidavit. If your spouse is the person being sponsored then they are not included below the line.

The I-134 is a non-legally binding form used for certain visas. It's used for the K1, mainly to ensure that they will be able to fulfil the I-864 sponsorship requirements once they get married and adjust status.
