I came to US on F-1 Visa and got married to USC,and about filing for AOS,I and my spouse are in the same state, but in different schools, and we don't live together, but planning to do that as soon as we are done with school..Here are my questions.

1.Since we aren't living together,What address can we use when filing our forms,my wife's address or mine?or i use mine in my own forms, while she uses hers for her own forms, asking this,so we will know where to get our documents

2.We both have joint accounts, and we both have our names on it,and the car insurance too,i can't add her to my apartment lease since we are not staying together and vice versa, what other documents or proof can we use to show that we married??

Please i need advices..

Thanks

I would highly suggest to use only one address, that would be yours since you're the applicant, it is highly recommended to live together when dealing with USCIS. thats alone can raise suspicion.

You can send a letter explaining why you two cannot live together at the moment, wedding pictures, with family and friends, life insurance, joint bank account, joint tax return, Affidavit of support from your wife, if she's pregnant that would be a strong evidence also.

The fact not living together because is different school is troublesome. good luck
