Hi Guys

I need to know the following:

1) I need to send 3 years of tax returns, correct? That is 2008-2010? Do I need to send IRS transcripts or my signed copies are okay?

2) Do I need to notarize anything? A lot of people have said I don't need to, but just want to confirm.

3) Is there something new that I need to send or my fiancee needs to carry at the embassy apart from the usual papers?

(We have photos, emails, phone bills, affidavit of support, tax returns, Police and Passport clearance, Medical, birth certificate,

I-129F copy filed with USCIS, paystubs, employment letter, bank letter, letter of intend to marry and other forms)

Is there anything else to take to the embassy??

Thanks a million.

1. IRS transcripts are easier and give less personal information but you can send the actual returns you have that are signed.

2. No you don't need anything notarized.

3. The interview letter usually needs to be brought along with passport and the payment for the k-1 visa or the proof of payment if pre-payed.
