Somebodies mind is in the gutter. That is a light switch!!!!

No kidding. I'm sure your home would not be complete without that particular light switch surround, perhaps you have one in every room? Delightful and tasteful.

I doubt if it was intended to give that impression when it was designed. It was just a case of not thinking about what it would look like installed.

The original idea may well have been all innocent, but nobody would have got it to the manufacturing stage/sales without realizing how inappropriate it was, however accidentally arrived at.

The original idea may well have been all innocent, but nobody would have got it to the manufacturing stage/sales without realizing how inappropriate it was, however accidentally arrived at.

You never know. It could have been designed by some aged priest that didn't realize what it would look like installed and the design sent off to China to have a few thousand made. They were probably installed in a monastery or convent and not given a second thought.

Or, it could be designed for pedo priests to give them a thrill every time they turn the light on, you never know.

I think it is both tasteless and funny. Sacrilegious? Probably to many it would be but I like Jesus bandages, Wash Your Sins Away soap and breath spray so it doesn't bother me!

  • June 8, 2007 first post biometrics touch, June 11, next touch...
  • August 1, 2007 AOS Interview! APPROVED!! EAD APPROVED TOO...
  • August 6, 2007 EAD card and Welcome Letter received!
  • August 13, 2007 GREEN CARD received!!! 375 days since mailing the I-129F!

    Remove Conditions:

  • May 1, 2009 first day to file
  • May 9, 2009 mailed I-751 to USCIS CS

I replaced all my switches with pull chains. but I made sure they were anatomically correct before installation
