hello..do you ever heard the possibility to get married at the US embassy on K1 visa? is it possible to do that? anyone knows the procedures and how it works??

With a K-1 you can not marry until after you activate your visa at the POE upon arrival to the US. If you marry before, your K-1 visa is no longer valid. You would have to start all over again petition and apply for a CR-1 (married visa).

I don't think the US has a US embassy in the US.. because its the US? usually they only have embassy's in other country's.

So you wouldn't be able to marry at the embassy because you have to marry in the USA after entry.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

US Embassies don't do marriages. If they did , US Embassies are in foreign countries, if you got married in one with a K1 you would have to stay inside until your AOS was approved. Not a pleasant thought.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

I think most of us whose this process is crazy incl. me. Be patient and dont let this process ruin us. We even got harder time by had twice rfe for the same exact thing. You can make it!!!!!!!!!!!
