USCIS Denial Letter

I received a letter from the USCIS stating that they had denied my residency. It also states that my work permit has been canceled effective immediately. The letter also says "NO APPEAL". They're claiming that I committed fraud. What can I do in this situation? It says that I have 30 days before my case is completely closed and they could issue a notice of deportation.

Did you petition or applied for anything or the letter came out of blue? What kind of fraud they said you have commited? What kind of visa do you have? What is exactly your question if any?

sorry to hear.. grab a lawyer if you know their findings are incorrect however if the facts are true then don't waste your money.

Obviously, you need to consult with a good immigration lawyer right away.

It would also be immensely useful for others who come to this forum for advice hoping NOT to be denied if you could share exactly what happened. What kind of visa did you enter with? What was the basis for your adjustment of status application? Why did they accuse you of fraud, and what were the circumstances leading up to that decision? Why did the letter say "no appeal"?

That is not related to this question. The reason I have not given any more information is because I have to sort out some things first. Once I am able I will post in more detail.

It is related - it told us that the reason you were denied was due to a criminal conviction.

Yes, you need to consult with an immigration attorney, but if you provided more information then someone here could possibly give your more information, which would help you out. I understand this is a very stressful time, but if you want help here, you need to help us out too by giving us some more information...
