04-07-2008 Medical exam passed

04-25-2008 Interview, visa aproved, no RFEs!

05-07-2008 Visa on hand ! Wow, less than 3 months! Thank you Lord!

It isnt a requirement for the USC's birth certificate, but my wife had mine when she went to the interview. Copy of birth certificate or passport was part of the original submission of the I-130, so you should be fine...but I was paranoid and gave my wife everything I could think of. I didnt want her to be held up.

Removal of conditions Journey

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.

same here..I also brought a copy(scanned) of my husband's birth certificate during my interview before but they didn't ask for it...:-)..God bless..

2011-17-03 -AOS Interview..APPROVED!!

2011-24-03 -GREENCARD received!!..it's green indeed!!..lol..
