hello guys a friend of mien wants to make a tourist visa to france and he needs some directions so he can start the process so anyone knows a french forum link or some info that links by this ? thans guys

As far as I know, there is no need to get visa for Europe, unless your friend is staying more than 90 days...you can stay in Europe for 90 days without a visa.

we are a moroccain men that is why and he needs a visa to get to france for a month as a tourist visa that is why i am asking

He can go to the French embassies/consulates in either Casa, Tanger, or Rabat. Visa applications aren't done online, and I doubt it can be sped up.
