It would be appreciated if you guys can answer my question follows.

I came to U.S. via VWP and my 90 days will be expired in 8days.

My boyfriend and I are thinking about getting married tomorrow.

(we are dating for a little over 10 years)

Do I still have enough time to file for I-130 and adjustment status?

I still need to go to medical exam.

*have enough proof that I didnt come here to get married.

Thank you very much for your help.

Is your boyfriend a US citizen or greencard holder? If greencard holder (forum where you posted this question), you cannot adjust status.

In the US immigration world every process takes long … so 8 days is nothing!. My advice is go back to your country, and don´t overstay your VWP. Then you can come back and plan with a little more time.

And before you go down this road of AOS from VWP, I suggest you study carefully the current situation with those kind of cases… there is plenty of info. here on VJ
