I have submitted everything through an 'agency' , including a I 134 who will also assist with AOS later, however we are on our own with the embassy part. Does CSC fwd the I 134 to the Embassy or does my fiance need a copy of this notarized form? He has the bank letter and my bank account statements as supporting douments. I never thought of the I 134 until I saw it in the required embassy list, so does CSC send it there? I am confused :help:

The I-134 is not required for the I-129F so I have no idea why this 'agency' requested it from you. It may, or may not, have been retained with your petition. At any rate, I would be prepared to re-submit one with your packet 3, considering the time lapse. They will want current supporting documentation for your financials.

8-30-05 Met David at a restaurant in Germany

3-28-06 David 'officially' proposed

4-26-06 I-129F mailed

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.

Jen

But it says in the Dakar embassy list that the I134 is required ? As part of packet #3.

OK , thank you for the info. I guess the "agency" was a step ahead, so I will send it to my fiance, but since it was submitted to CSC I thought CSC would fwd it to the embassy. Well, better safe than sorry, I hate to rely on CSC for anything.
