Tourist visa for my old Mom

Hello VJ members,

I will take a biz trip by this Aug on my B1/B2 visa. So I want to take my Mom on this trip, and need to apply B2 visa for her. She is 75 years old now. Highly appreciated your experience shared on how i will prepare necessary docs as sponsor her or something to get her visa approved. I am acting as legal name as Managing Director for a joint venture company, wondering if CO will accept my company guarantee letter to confirm her return back to VN or any other supporting documents to prove her strong ties here through my name? Besides, she only has bank saving accounts but i have houses under my name, is that good enough for her to prove to CO? Thanks so much for your value advice.

She needs to proof her ties, not you. Does she have any grandkids, or a husband staying behind?

You may also be required to show some sort of travel/ health insurance.

Thanks for your advice, but she has only one daughter and one grandson, her husband passed away 8 years ago. Should i let a tourist company take care of her registration as member of the package tour? Or will i write a letter to confirm pay all her tour expenses? Thanks to let me know which proper way i will prepare.
