Quick question for line 23 on I-864.

Current Annual Income - Can I just put my adjusted gross income for 2010 federal taxes? Or should I put my base pay salary from employer?

Is this an issue where you have something like overtime that results in you making more money than your stated salary?

No. even if over time was say 30-40% of your income.. total is what is considered. Matter fact if your should submit the I864 with a tax transcript then they would not know this since a W2 or Pay-stub would not be required.
