Need advise....

Our I-94 expires today. We were married Feb 18th and are currently in the middle of filling out all the forms and paperwork needed to send in for the AOS. Are we in trouble? Is this considered a overstay? Is there another extension form we need to file? This date came upon so fast we are not very worried about husbands stay in the US.

You are fine!! My I-94 had expired by 2weeks before filing my paperwork. My AOS is now approved!!

We first met online 2004, but things started to get serious in Dec 2007. Made my first visit to the USA in march 2008 for 2 weeks. Then returned again in Aug 2008 for 3 months.. Then i came back to the UK for 5 months to return back to the USA April 2009 for another 3months.

Congratulations, you got your AOS approved in just about 2 months. Before the EAD and AP even. I hope I'm that lucky.

Only needed to get married in 90 days. You did that. No issues with your filing now.

Phil (Lockport, near Chicago) and Alla (Lobnya, near Moscow)

As of Dec 7, 2009, now Zero miles apart (literally)!
