I have already a driver's license from the Philippines, Non-Pro, will experie this coming September 2011. Would like to ask if I can use/present this here in SAINT LOUIS MISSOURI to get a new license for here...tHANKS!

No.... You would have to take the state written exam and the drivers exam to get your Missouri License. Hope this helps. Here is a link for you... http://dor.mo.gov/drivers/
