Please help with email I got this morning!

Hi everyone, we're coming up to our 5 month waiting mark, it will be on the 29th of march. This morning I got an email saying

Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity On March 15, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283. For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

Even though it says the petition has been approved I obviously still must send all the rest of my documents away like affidavit etc?! And what does Post decision activity mean?

October 8th- Sent off K-1 visa package

October 21st- Received email saying we have been assigned to CSC

October 28th- Waiting on NOA1

October 29th- NOA1 received!!!

March 16th 2011- Received email saying petition for fiance has been approved and that NOA2 is in the mail!

April 12th 2011- Waiting on lettter with interview date from Dublin Embassy. Medical scheduled for 26th April

You have your NOA2 petition approval. Congratulations!

CSC will now send your petition off to NVC to be assigned a case number, and then NVC send it on to your consulate.

ROC Timeline

4-26-13------Eligible to file for ROC

6-17-13------Sent off I-751 Package

6-19-13------VSC Received our package. Signed for by K. Fitzgerald

6-24-13------Received NOA in the mail, dated 6-20-13

6-24-13------Check Cashed

7-05-13------Received Biometrics Appointment letter in the mail for 7-18-13

7-18-13------Biometrics done

8-20-13------Case Transferred to CSC for further processing

8-24-13------Transfer notice arrived in the mail today

10-21-13----ROC Approved!

10-25-13----Received approval letter in the mail

10-28-13----Production of 10 Yr Green Card ordered

11-01-13----Card has been mailed!....Received USPS tracking number

11-04-13----10yr Green Card arrived in the mail today....Yay!!

Oh wow this is great news. And no RFE or anything?! Hopefully things move alot faster after NOA2! I have another question if anyone knows the answer :) for police clearance cert do you need it from the COUNTRY, STATE OR CITY? Can you get you from your local police centre? Thanks :)

I presume you are from Rep of Ire. If so, this is what the Garda website says:

How do I apply for a Police Certificate?

Applicants for Police Certificates for these purposes should make an application in writing to the Superintendent in charge of the district wherein they reside, or formerly resided, in the Republic of Ireland.
