Folks,

I just got married and have submitted my Adjustment of Status forms. I'm now effectively over my 90 day visa but know this is ok because the AOS is pending.

My question is, will the Social Security office process my name change at this time? I want to start changing my name and obtain a bank account, etc in my new married name but I'm concerned that they won't take my word for it that the AOS is in process.

Your help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Brenda
