I filed in November. Still have not received anything yet. Its been about 4 months since biometrics till now.

I too am planning to leave for trip in August. I am hoping I will get interview some time in June/July. But most likely, it doesn't seem that is likely to happen.

Would anyone know how long it would take for rescheduling and interview?

Timeline

I just called today since my priority date is September 17. It was useless. All they did is make another service request. This will be my 2nd service request in 2 months. The last service request i received an email from nyc office stating to wait at least 3 months. It's frustrating now that i been waiting for 8 months. I feel bad for those whose priority date is in october or november. If September is taking long imagine all other petitions.

Today I went to federal plaza with an info pass... Got no update and the officer put in another service request for me. She told me that instead of 9/22/10, my priority date is 9/16/10 which is one day before you. So now I am sad and confused.

I got 2 info passes within the last 2.5 months. 2 service requests made within the last 1 month. One phone call + Email to local Congressman.

NONE of them are useful.

My suggestion is follow the timeline they updated on the website.

It seems to be very precise.

Thank you thank you.

My interview is going to take place in Garden city which freak me out a bit coz the review over garden city office seems to be more strict than manhattan.
