Fellow New Yorker, sharing my timeline with everyone:

09/22/10-Fedex Package to Chicago Lock Box.

10/06/10-Went to Federal Plaza to get an emergency AP paper. (Got approved on the spot)

10/??/10-Went to Woodside for Fingerprint.

11/18/10-Receive EAD card.

From this point on.... NOTHING HAS HAPPENED!

Call to USCIS 3 times during January to March : Your case is still under normal processing time.

Got Infopass to Federal Plaza on 3/30/11: The nice lady told me my case is still in NBC and if I don't get my interview letter in 2 months, I can call to USCIS again.

Today is freaking May 11 and my hubby make a phone call to a congress man.

Now sit and wait....and wait..... and wait.

<----- not true I also filed mid August and just had interview done today (nov 26th) and status updated to card production. Just be patient, it could all be about luck according to who have had

11/08/2010- Biometrics Notice Received

11/24/2010- Biometrics/Fingerprinting Done in Brooklyn

12/28/2010- RFE Received (Request for co-sponsor documents)

01/13/2011- RFE Replied Date

02/16/2011- AP Approval Date

02/23/2011- EAD Approval Date

02/28/2011- AP and EAD Received

Today is May 12th, 2011, still waiting, no letter for AOS interview....It's already 6 months, and no letter for interview. Our lawyer wrote to USCIS request letter last week, no response yet. Don't know what to think....Hope we will receive letters for our interviews soon! Good Luck to everyone!

09/07/2011- Interview @10 am APPROVED!!!! PASSPORT STAMPED!!!
09/07/2011- Card/ Document Production Ordered
09/12/2011- Welcome letter received
09/20/2011- GREEN CARD RECEIVED!!!!

REMOVE CONDITIONS

06/18/2013 I-751 Sent to VSC

06/24/2013 I-751 NOA1

06/24/2013 Biometrics Appointment Notice Received

07/27/2013 Biometrics

08/22/2013 Transfer Notice: Case transferred from VSC to CSC

11/19/2013 Card/ Document Production (Approved!!!)

11/27/2013 Received my card :)

Just wanted to update my status as I received a notice today that my EAD is being produced .

Is this a good sign? or is it irrelevant?

3/11/11 130,485,765 sent in

3/20/11 Received Receipt

3/23/11 765 Bio scheduled for 04/20/11

3/24/11 485 BIO scheduled for 4/21/11

3/26/11 RFE to have Birth Certificate Translated

4/20/11 BIO done for both at 201 Varick

4/21/11 RFE acknowledged

5/14/11 NOtice of EAD production

6/23/11 Received interview notice for 7/28/2011 at Federal Plaza

7/28/11 Interview approved. Dude stamped my applications on file.

7/29/11 online update CARD PRODUCTION.

8/03/11 online update CARD PRODUCTION (2nd Time)

8/04/11 online update. APPROVAL LETTER MAILED.

8/05/11 Received Approval Letter in the mail.

8/06/11 Received GC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Congratulations! Now you'll be able to work. It is somewhat irrelevant though the NBC processes EAD, and D.O offices schedule interview. NBC is not so busy,the NY D.O office is, and that's why we are all waiting. I think the majority of us already have our EAD.

Enjoy it, one more step taken towards getting greened.

So, NYC is taking about 7-8 months. Sept 28 2011 till May 17.So, hopefully by June- July, Oct/Nov filers should have our cases resolved or at least have interview invites.

My husband had called to the congressman's office in my district (2 weeks ago).

But get no answer from them yet.

I am having a gut feeling that the Congressman's office is another slow processed place.

Will keep this thing updated for our fellow New Yorkers.
