<----- not true I also filed mid August and just had interview done today (nov 26th) and status updated to card production. Just be patient, it could all be about luck according to who have had

Still haven't received anything yet. So hopefully will get interview letter soon. I guess I am with the next update as only up till Nov 4th is being completed now.

2/18/11 - Applied for SSN
2/28/11 - Received SS Card
8/5/11 - Interview letter mailed

7/2013 - Submitted Removal of Condition

I also got three emails, so it seems to be normal. Our interview was on July 20th, first email about card production came two days later on July 22nd. Second email, with the same information, came on July 27th, and third about Post-Decision Activity on July 28th. I'm not sure what day my physical GC arrived, but I know it was here on the 4th when my husband returned home, so it came in less than 2 weeks.

02/11/2011 Married at Manhattan City Hall

03/03/2011 - Day 0 - AOS -package mailed to Chicago Lockbox

03/04/2011 - Day 1 - AOS -package signed for at USCIS

03/09/2011 - Day 6 - E-mail notification received for all petitions

03/10/2011 - Day 7 - Checks cashed

03/11/2011 - Day 8 - NOA 1 received for all 4 forms

03/21/2011 - Day 18 - Biometrics letter received, biometrics scheduled for 04/14/2011

03/31/2011 - Day 28 - Successful walk-in biometrics done

05/12/2011 - Day 70 - EAD Arrived, issued on 05/02

06/14/2011 - Day 103 - E-mail notice: Interview letter mailed, interview scheduled for July 20th

07/20/2011 - Day 139 - Interview at Federal Plaza USCIS location

07/22/2011 - Day 141 - E-mail approval notice received (Card production)

07/27/2011 - Day 146 - 2nd Card Production Email received

07/28/2011 - Day 147 - Post-Decision Activity Email from USCIS

08/04/2011 - Day 154 - Husband returns home from abroad; Welcome Letter and GC have arrived in the mail

On August 5, 2011, we mailed you an appointment notice for an interview for September 8, 2011, at NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER

Finally.... Where is the NBC at again? Probably New York City Field office ?

BTW... I don't know which one that is from... we have two forms, the Petition for Alien Relative & the Adjustment of Status. One of my application stated the above comment, the other application still states "case cannot be found"

It shouldn't matter right? The interview will be for both Petition for Alien relative & Adjustment of Status?

People in this forum should update their timelines. So at least the main compile of all timeline will reflect the actual processing time. NYC seems to be the longest out of all the other states around thus so far, specifically from people reporting in this forum.

I just checked status online and found out that my interview date is 9/15.

Such a relief....

It's true... They're working on November filers now.
