<----- not true I also filed mid August and just had interview done today (nov 26th) and status updated to card production. Just be patient, it could all be about luck according to who have had

Not trying to scare you, but something doesn't look right for your case. We applied on March 11 and received the interview today for July 27th. We live in NYC.

Not trying to scare you, but something doesn't look right for your case. We applied on March 11 and received the interview today for July 27th. We live in NYC.

I dont think is nothing wrong in my Case, im just one of the unlucky ones. however if you check previous post people from Nov and Dec are still waiting also.

When I call them they say just wait my case is waiting for an Interv date :wacko:

We are November filers, and still waiting for Interview date.... :( We called them twice, and they said that our case is ready for interview, however it's not scheduled yet...Still waiting! And also, our friends who are November filers, they are still waiting for interview date too. So, I don't think that something wrong with our cases, "we're just one of the unlucky ones" as you said! When we called them, representative from USCIS said that everything is ok with our case, she said that they just overload. When we called last time (yesterday) second level representative said that they are working with cases who filled before or on October 19th.

11/03/2010- USCIS Received Date (I-485) and ( I-130)
11/08/2010- Biometrics Notice Received
11/24/2010- Biometrics/Fingerprinting Done in Brooklyn

01/13/2011- RFE Replied Date
02/16/2011- AP Approval Date
02/23/2011- EAD Approval Date
02/28/2011- AP and EAD Received
08/03/2011- Got e-mail notification for an Interview for September 7th 2011!!!!
08/05/2011- Received appointment letter(hard copy)for Interview. 09/07/2011 at Garden City!
09/07/2011- Interview @10 am APPROVED!!!! PASSPORT STAMPED!!!
09/07/2011- Card/ Document Production Ordered
09/12/2011- Welcome letter received
09/20/2011- GREEN CARD RECEIVED!!!!

06/18/2013 I-751 Sent to VSC

06/24/2013 I-751 NOA1

Filed in November... still waiting.

I am a bit happy that interview dates are going toward the end of July now. Hopefully, our interview will past August 15th. I am hoping not to get interviews anytime soon actually.

But I am glad for everyone else who is getting interviews. Have too many plans coming ahead. We thought we would have gotten interview already.

i am literally crazy with all these anticipation:

I was trying to estimate the time it would take to get interview dates based on the USCIS data and experience with ronald q and liz torres.

It took about 285days to their interview dates. If USCIS is processing 18-21 NOA days per month, the next processing date when website is updated next month(July 15) should be around Nov 6-9.We would most likely get interview invites anytime from now till August 15 for interview dates from Aug 1st to Sept 15.

My head is spinning. :wacko::bonk:

Filed in November... still waiting.

Well everyone. I just wanted to inform the VJ community that my wife was approved today for permanent residency after 8 months. The interview was a piece of cake. No questions asked besides if she is working, plans for the future and what evidence we have of living together. She was very friendly and talkative. We actually joked around and all she did was state everything that was on the application and assure that it was correct. No interogation questions which was surprissing. Now we can just relax and enjoy the rest of our lives together.

02/14/11 Got Married

3/11/11 130,485,765 sent in

3/20/11 Received Receipt

3/23/11 765 Bio scheduled for 04/20/11

3/24/11 485 BIO scheduled for 4/21/11

3/26/11 RFE to have Birth Certificate Translated

4/20/11 BIO done for both at 201 Varick

4/21/11 RFE acknowledged

5/14/11 NOtice of EAD production

6/23/11 Received interview notice for 7/28/2011 at Federal Plaza

7/28/11 Interview approved. Dude stamped my applications on file.

7/29/11 online update CARD PRODUCTION.

8/03/11 online update CARD PRODUCTION (2nd Time)

8/04/11 online update. APPROVAL LETTER MAILED.

8/05/11 Received Approval Letter in the mail.

I'm one of the November applicants... although I'm very happy for everyone that applied after us and received their interview dates already, it's a bit frustrating and unfair to see that some Nov/Dec/Jan applicants are still on hold.
