Hi guys,

I have a question about the DS230, DS156, DS156K, and DS157 forms. Can we staple the multiple pages for each form?

Yes you CAN staple forms. If the DS-156 was 3 pages I stapled those together, but I never stapled different forms to each other. Was never a problem and I did it the entire process.
