Adjustment of Status taking forever

I am kinda worried when it comes to this immigration stuff.My wife petitioned for me in December 17th 2010 for I485 and I got the I797C in the mail in January for the I485,I765 and I30.I havent got or heard anything from Uscis and the last update on my page was for Dec 23rd 2010.I keep on callling them and telling them they are outside the normal processing time but they keep telling me Im within the processing time.They just sent me a letters as to what I called about to enquire as in a notice for non delivery....indicating that my infromation has been enterred into the system that shedules applicants for biometrics at the ir local ASC which is Texas.What should I do.Should I keep on calling them cz I called today and they just put in another Non-delivery of Other Notice.

I have seen a lot of reports about Dallas Texas being extremely late on biometrics, so it seems there is nothing you can do right now. Did your wife also file a I-130? (you said 130 but I want to make sure you didn't mean 131).

yep that's the case Dallas is a little bit sluggish with biometrics but when you go to the biometric center it's as empty as a babies mouth.Check my timeline that might help.

All i can say from my experience that it can take longer than they say. I applied in july 2010 and got my EAD in late december. Sometimes they do take longer and i dont know why but good luck to you!
