I was told the pics are of no use without the time/date in the picture. Is this true? None of my pics have dates in them since they are taken with my phone. We have limited amounts of evidence to begin with

I can say that this is untrue for the Embassy we interviewed! I have read some members mentioning they were asked about this but most photos are not date/time stamped. This inquiry never came up for us. If you have appropriate evidence other than pics (money transfers, letters, emails, phone/chat logs, etc) than I don't think it would become an issue. If there is limited evidence of your relationship and very few pics, than I can see that this would come up to question, and only then...

Well I am probably worrying about nothing. We have phone logs, wedding rings purchase receipt with photos, 4 notarized affidavits, plus one of my own describing how we met etc..., about 20 photos together with her family and mine (no dates in the photo but written on back),2 change of beneficiary forms and plane reservations and boarding passes (me going there and her here). I did not know going ito this what I would need or would have done more. But we are newly married living in different countries there is no joint bank accounts (I should have done it when she was here looking back on it, but it is too late now)

None of the pictures that I sent had dates on them. Those affidavit letters will be helpful trust me. Just make sure they are notarized.

This should be more than adequate. No date/time stamp necessary.

May love and laughter light your days,
and warm your heart and home.
May good and faithful friends be yours,
wherever you may roam.
May peace and plenty bless your world
with joy that long endures.
May all life's passing seasons
bring the best to you and yours!
