I just checked the mail today and the NOA2 form was in the mailbox, getting the email the other day was great but actualy having the paper is better.

Now on to counting the days for the next step.

Sweet. I haven't checked my mail today, but it should be on the way. I'm in no rush for it to arrive though. I'm more concerned with the NVC getting the package sent down to Rio.

Hi YuAndDan, Congratulations! I saw that your I129 F was also sent to VSC. My fiance lives in MA and I think it should also be sent to VSC. But he told me that on the NOA1, the address is Chicago. Did his lawyer sent the application to a wrong place? Thanks.

That is correct if filling for K3 visa, are you already married? If K1 then it should have been VSC.

Congrats! Let's hope the NVC does not take a long time for "administrative processing". It took three weeks for our case to reach the NVC from the CSC. Rong just told me that she read on a Chinese visa journey-type website that a woman's background check took only one week. Here is hoping for 1 week for us both!
